Daylong.co.uk has a detailed Return Policy. An item is only eligible for return if it is in the same condition in which it was delivered. It is essential to check the goods upon receipt to ensure they match the items that were ordered, as returns are not accepted after a period of 30 working days has elapsed. Due to health & hygiene reasons, exchanges or refunds cannot be provided if the item has been tried on or worn. If a genuine mistake has been made in the dispatch of the goods and they are returned in the original packaging unworn, an exchange or refund will be provided. This does not affect statutory rights. If the item to be returned is faulty, it must be returned within 180 days unless otherwise stated. If a product needs to be returned and is not faulty then it must be returned within the 30 working days. If the faulty item has been tried on or worn it must be laundered before returning.
